In Person
For business to be handled by the managing agent, visit LB Property Management at 4730 Woodman Ave. in Sherman Oaks (click for map). For routine business, such as dropping off correspondence or a payment with the front desk, call to confirm their operating hours.
For the on-site maintenance crew or night watchman, visit the office of the Facilities Supervisor in Unit 71 of Building 5403. This is adjacent to the pool.
To meet with Directors or Officers in person:
- Members may attend a Meeting of the Board of Directors to provide feedback or ask questions about management activities and other general topics during the Open Forum for Members (Open Sessions only). Visit the Meetings page for more information and check the Calendar to find out when the next Open Session meeting is scheduled. The Board will not discuss individual customer service issues at the Open Forum.
- To raise a dispute in person directly with the Board, discuss an individual customer service issue you feel requires attention of the Board, or to discuss any issue where you wish to have a non-member present with you, click here to contact the President by mail or e-mail and request to schedule a private hearing with the Board. If it relates to a customer service issue that has not yet been given to LB Property Management to handle, you may be referred to them first before your meeting with the Board will be scheduled.
- Do not visit Directors at their homes, leave letters on their doors, or send mail to their units.
