Location and Hours

The Association maintains two laundry rooms in each building, both on the ground level. One is by the front courtyard, and the other is behind the pool. As an Association member, you and your tenants may use any laundry room in any building. There are no restrictions by building or unit location.

Laundry is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Time your loads to ensure they are complete by closing time, as the Night Watchman will lock the rooms promptly at 11 p.m. The wash cycle takes at least 28 minutes, and drying takes 45 minutes unless you have added additional cycles.

If you find a laundry room locked and have property inside, contact the Night Watchman for entry.

Inventory

Each room has four front-loading, water-saving washers and five standard tumble dryers. This works out to about one washer/dryer pair per eight apartments, which is considered an excellent ratio.

Payment Options

You may use quarters or the PayRange mobile app to pay for your laundry.

PayRange allows you to add money using a credit card and will tell you when your laundry should be done, based on time estimates. The app uses Bluetooth technology to connect to washers and dryers so be sure Bluetooth is enabled before attempting to connect with your mobile device. Your device also requires a data connection to the Internet at the same time to draw upon funds you have deposited into your account. If you cannot connect to the Internet, step outside of the laundry room to improve your connection and refresh the app by closing it and re-opening it, and try again.

When your wash or dry cycle is complete, be sure to tap "Done" on the app to allow the machine to be visible as "Available" to the next user.

Refunds

The laundry machines are maintained by WASH, and will be transitioned to All Valley Washer Service in early 2026, with new machines to be installed. The Association does not handle refunds. To request a refund if you paid with coins, use the Refund Request form on the WASH website or send an email to All Valley Washer Service at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., depending on whose machines you used. If you paid using the PayRange app, find the purchase in your list of Transactions in the app, then tap "Report a Problem".
