General Instructions and Disclosures
This page describes the many ways you can communicate with Association personnel. Please read this page carefully and follow the instructions so your message gets handled as expeditiously as possible.
When you contact the Association and need to reference your unit number, ensure you specify the address of your building as well (5349, 5400, 5403, or 5414 Newcastle Ave.), since each of our four buildings has a Unit 1 through 70.
Do not visit Directors or Officers at their homes to discuss Association business or make requests, even in case of emergency. Do not drop off written correspondence at the homes of Directors or Officers, send mail to their units, or post letter on their doors. Instead, use any of the numerous communication channels detailed on this page, including how to report or get help for emergency situations, to get your message or request to the right person for handling.
Any letters or e-mails you send to Association directors, officers, employees, or other agents of the Association, including the managing agent (LB Property Management), become part of the official record of the Association. Your message(s), including your e-mail address, may be retained indefinitely, or forwarded or copied to other parties, as necessary and proper to conduct the business of the Association. Any contact information you provide may be used to contact you regarding Association business.

- Get help for a fire, medical emergency, or crime in progress: Call 911
- Get help for a maintenance emergency (flood, power, A/C, etc.), or non-emergency maintenance
- Contact the onsite maintenance man
- Request water or electrical shut-off for repairs/remodels in your unit
- Report a crime, suspicious activity, or a security issue (broken lock, gate, light, etc.)
- Get access to surveillance camera recordings
- Report trouble with the laundry room or laundry machines, or request a refund for laundry payments
- Change entry system programming
- Request keys or access to restricted areas
- Reserve a recreation room for a party
- Schedule collection/disposal of bulky items or electronic waste
- Pay dues or fees
- Discuss your Association billing
- Submit a claim for reimbursement of expenses you incurred that you believe are the Association's responsibility
- Report a violation of rules
- Submit a remodeling/renovation plan to the Architectural Committee
- Request a copy of Association records, financials, insurance policies, seller's disclosures, escrow/demand packet information etc.
- Send feedback, requests, or questions to the Board about Association management activities
