Unit Owners may contact the managing agent (LB Property Management) for routine business, such as:
- Issues relating to billing and payments of assessments and fees
- Non-emergency maintenance repair requests for common areas (including balconies)
- Programming of the entry system
- Requests for keys or access to restricted areas
- Reserving a recreation room for a private party
- Questions about trash pickup or recycling
- Reporting a violation of the rules by a unit owner, tenants, or guests (must be done by postal mail or e-mail)
- Submitting a claim for reimbursement of expenses you incurred or losses that you believe are the Association's responsibility
- Requesting Association records, financials, insurance policies, disclosure information for your potential buyers, escrow/demand packets, etc.
Tenants/Renters must contact their landlord (the unit owner) for any of the above issues.
Service Providers may contact LB Property Management to discuss doing business with the Association, or to follow up on contract bids or invoices.
